Dedicated server from UK2.net

Probably ideal for non-CGI sites but 64MB RAM won't hack it for VB I assume.
i would say no. Very high bandwidth charges (£7/GB i think which is crazy). If you are going to new the power of a dedicated server then you for sure going to need more than 5GB in transfer, probably a minimum of 20GB to warrant a dedicated server (???). So 15GB x £7 = £105 = $150 + what you already pay to have the box near to what, $220. I get a server from dialtoneinternet for $300, a lot lot better (PIII 650 with 256MB ram) and 75GB bandwidth (a lot more than 20GB obviously!!!) and it is not cobalt raq (not nearly as good as linux servers).
So, i would say no. Virtual hosting is a better offer than there servers.
