Grow Your Cleaning Business Through Referrals

Bear in mind that your clients must be satisfied with your services. Even so, it may be hard to convince clients to do a bit of testimonials for you. Yet, there is still a way to get what you want while not begging for those clients to give you one. All it takes is hard work and dedication to your work.
When you are scheduled to do the cleaning, be punctual in each customer. Punctuality gives off first impressions, so remember to be on time. If something comes up and your work must be delayed, call beforehand and explain the situation. Your customer will surely understand your situation as long as you give proper protocol.
There are times when you get complaints from clients, so answer to it as soon as possible. If you feel that your company is in liability, then admit your faults and try to correct them yourself.
Be professional in front of a client; whatever the situation it may be. Even if you are just dropping off supplies or show up for a meeting. Don’t also forget to turn off your cell phone to avoid interruptions, especially in meetings.
Always be polite and courteous at all times. A client will commend you for not failing to be well-mannered in front of him.
Once that you have shown to your clients the professionalism of your work, it’s time to get that referral that you want. Here are a couple of things that you can do:
*While sending out a monthly bill, insert referral forms as well. The referrals may be answered by the client or can be given to other customers who are looking for cleaning services. Add a tracking number or form to identify the credit of the referral.
*Let your customers know how much you appreciate doing business with you by sending out newsletters; and add that you are also accepting other customers. This is a nice way of asking that your customer can refer your company to his friends and associates.
*Schedule appointments with your current client and have a quick meeting. Ask your client if there are no problems with the situation. You may also request to send them a referral form in case if they have friends who are in need of a cleaning service.
*If things go well with your client, ask for a testimonial. Then you can print a part of their statements on a referral form.
When you receive referrals, show your gratitude to that customer. Referrals from clients are a sure way of growing your business in every part of the industry. All you have to do is get your work done and always treat clients the best way that you can.
