Hey im trying to figure out a career option?

First off...you are still very young, so don't be too hard on yourself if you can't figure out exactly what you want to do..and understand that you may change your mind down the line. It takes people years, even decades to really find what they want to do in life.
Anyway, besides that.... I'm pretty sure you will need a Bachelors Degree in Sociology or Human Services. Go to the websites of your local colleges (or any college you'd like to go to) and look up the degree programs. It will show you all the courses that are involved in the programs. OR, you could also go to the the Human Resources section of the Child Welfare Department and see if they have any job openings, if so, check them out...it will say what kind of degree and experience is required....I'm sure you could also call the Human Resources Department and ask them for some advice. Most people are very friendly when it comes to that....
