I thik this is caused by meds but don't want to change the meds, since it is the only one I can take for my other problem.run tub full of warm water pour 1 cup of baking soda into water & mix thoroughly then soak for about 15 minutes, pat yourself dry then put corn starch all over your body just like you would baby powder. Will do wonders for you until tomorrow when u can see doc about your reaction to medsIt could be caused by the meds. Some medications cause itching without purpura (rash). Try taking an antihistamine like Benadryl and see if it helps.Go to the store and get two different things - anti itch lotion and anti-fungal cream (the anti-fungal cream will be in the foot section of the drugstore). Try some of each on two different itchy places and see which one works fastest/best. If your med is a sulfa - then the itchies may be like hives. That is what sulfa did to me. Tell your doctor about your reaction though, as it may be a sign of something.My daughter had the same problem. You can take an oatmeal bath (there are oatmeal bath products in the pharmacy section of Walmart and stuff, near the spa type area). When you get out of the tub, try rubbing down with a lotion that has anti-itching properties. The oatmeal bath draws out all of the itchy toxins in your skin, so if your meds are the culprit, it will help, but you'll probably want to do it often.
Oatmeal baths are a lot easier than lotions, too, since they get in places you don't have to reach to lotion up... lol!one in case its an allergic reaeaction to detergent...go take a nice long bath wash your clothes and sheets with no deteregent or a detergent without perfumes colors etc--for a while...
2--go see a doctor the meds for oen thing may be causing the other
