Ms dash broken?

  • i think something with the original ms dash is messed up. i have xbmc as my running dashboard and evox as my secondary. i just got everything setup so i'm still learning, and don't have a backup of the c:\ drive, i know mistake #1.

    my problem is autoplaying games (i only have one game to try). when a game autoplays, or loads with turning on power with the disc in the tray, it goes to a xbox live update box, and says the disc is unplayable. running the game from selecting the .xbe file works fine however.

    what do i need to fix?


  • maybe there are some entries in the save file of the game that makes xbox go to the live box. try to delete or better rename the save folder (dont ask where to find, i dont know)
