  • i really like him but i cant tell him because we are close and i know that he is into asian girls and i am not asian. he also told me that another one of our friends told him that she liked him and he got a little weirded out and their friendship was a little ruined. another thing i know about him is that he doesn't want to date during highschool / college so that he can focus on his education ( we are both in 11th grade) . therefore it is impossible to let him know about my feelings for him. i get butterflies everytime i see him and i think we have the greatest chemistry in the world. his cousins and friends also thought we liked eachother the first time we met. and everytime im with him he picks on me in a joking way. ugh i am crushing so hard and i dont know what to do about it. i feel like i need to do something but i cant! oh and hes also the kinda guy whos always a gentleman to girls so i cant tell if he really likes me or not

  • I say you tell him you like him after school when no one is there this way no one will pick you about it. You might go through a awkward stage for awhile but later on it will be worth it. You never no unless you try it. Don't make conclusions, don't worry you still have plenty of people out there looking for a charming person like you.

    If you respect the relationship you have with him already then why jeopardize it at all? I know it will be hard to letting him know how you feel. I doubt he doesn't realize you already may have stronger feelings for him. Boys are NOT that absent minded.

    Think if it is worth losing what you already have with him.

  • Oh girl think it is perfectly fine. I was a sophomore who started going out with a senior who was supposed to graduate the year before. He got held back in the 9th grade. So I was freshly 16 and he was 18 bout to turn 19. We started out being mutual friends because I met him through my friends(his too) in the beginning of the 2nd semester. Then we developed into good friends and then the beginning of May(May 5th 2008) we got together with the help of two of our friends. December 5th will be 7 months for us. We have gotten very close and we became each other's everything and we've made each other's life so much better. He's the best thing that has ever happened to me and I would not give him up for anything.... as he feels for me. In fact (not supposed to know this but found out through friends that get hints better than me) he's making plans to propose to me on my graduation day in 2010. He is a true gentleman that works VERY hard and plans to go to college so he can support me when we live together(when I grad. High School). I mean it seems like we have the relationship most people want. He calls me his Beautiful Amber all time, constantly hugs & kisses me (even infront of his friends), always gives me little pecks on my nose or head, says that he loves me on 20 different ways, when we see or hear something romantic he'll wrap his arms around me and hold me tight, he'll rub my tummy when I have my period, massage my legs when they're hurting or cramping(leg muscle problems)and all the other sweet stuff. His family really likes me and my family really realy likes him. His older sister who is married and has a baby thinks I am the coolest person ever and said that since her lil bro has got together with me, this is the happiest she has ever seen him. What I am trying to say is, real love isn't about the age, it's about the personality. Age doesn't matter because it doesn't make the lasting impression, its the character and personality. Listen to YOUR heart and not anybody else's brain and do what feels right.....It's what I did and it was the best decision I have ever made.
